Recruitment Services

By breaking down the various stages of the recruitment process in a modular fashion, we are able to offer you the ability to outsource as many, or as few, stages as you choose, we tailor our services to support you as you require, we research your company in depth so that we are able to respond with

In depth information to your candidates.

Response Management

For most recruitment campaigns, a flood of candidate responses is a good thing. However, handling hundreds or thousands of CVs and applications can prove a considerable drain on resources, and can leave the candidate feeling neglected; not a positive experience for your company or brand; which is where we come in. Depending on your needs, we can:

  • Receive and acknowledge CVs by post or email within 24 hours
  • Batch and submit responses to you at an agreed frequency
  • Deal with speculative telephone enquiries
  • Arrange interviews and/or assessments
  • Inform unsuccessful candidates
  • Supply regular management information and final campaign analysis.
  • Organise venues, hotels, travel arrangements
  • Make verbal or written offers
  • Manage recruitment expense claims centrally
  • CV screening & reference checking

In recruitment, time is often limited, making an efficient process vital for success. We can help you save substantial amounts of time and resources at either end of the recruitment process, generating suitable candidates as quickly as possible and speeding up the final stages by:

  • Screening CVs against minimum and desirable criteria, which we can develop and provide or use your own
  • Picking out relevant skills and experience
  • Conducting both verbal and written reference checks
  • We are fully C.R.B. (Criminal Records Bureau) checked and approved

Internal Employee Communications

To engage your employees, build on your company’s values and strengths, and improve company performance, few business processes are as important as internal communications.

People must know what is expected of them, receive appropriate feedback, and have access to the information they need to do their jobs. Through internal communications, senior managers can articulate their vision and direction for the business, explain how the business will get there, and inspire their staff to complete their jobs well.
The initial research and recommendations are just the first step. A realistic action plan will identify how to build on this by costing and prioritising next steps, identifying ownership and setting timescales.

We look to co-ordinate our efforts across a multi-media platform of print, face-to-face briefings and electronic media.
If you need us to, we’ll conduct periodic research that monitors the progress of your strategy and helps you keep on track.

Exit interviews

Recruitment can be a costly business, and high staff turnover damages your business, making employee retention a key factor in the modern workplace. Whether you have limited resources or you would like to bring in an independent and expert eye, we can help you to identify and highlight potential retention issues by conducting and analysing formal exit interviews with leavers within four weeks of their departure.

Customer satisfaction surveys and ‘mystery shopping’

Candidates have just the same needs as any other customers, making the service they receive during recruitment a significant factor in the success of a campaign. For instance, if 200 candidates apply for 5 positions it is just as important for your brand image to ensure that all 200 have a positive experience through the process, even if they are rejected at the end of it. We can help you to monitor the levels and quality of service, and understand their implications, by:

  • Providing guidance as to how candidate/customer experience affects your employer brand
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and ‘mystery shopper’ exercises
  • Producing and analysing reports capturing a range of data, including comments on warmth and friendliness.

Targeted search solutions

We will conduct a search to identify candidates using a variety of sources including advertising, industry contacts (if relevant), research resources, professional associations, and our own database. An open recruitment process is promoted and confidentiality is maintained for the client and candidates. Candidates who are both desirable and interested in the position are evaluated in terms of their qualifications, compatibility, and other pertinent criteria. Only the most qualified candidates are presented. A concise written report is prepared for each shortlisted candidate, containing employment history, education, scope of responsibility, motivation for a new position, communication skills and criteria relevant to the position to be filled, we will also report on issues of personality and organisational fit. Guidance will then be provided in organising the next stage, should it be formal or informal meeting or group assessment.
